I really love my guy best friend in a romantic way and he on the contrary does not. We made out about twice and it was a LONG make out sesh. he then said he liked another girl and they dated but the girl wasn't fine with me so he broke up with her because of me. he still doesn't like me and he says he likes the other girls but wants to make out with me again.

He says he's really attracted to me which is why he keeps wantig ro kiss me but really does not like me as more than a bestfriend. What js this supposed to mean?

He wants to use you. If you want a monogamous relationship with him you will have to demand one from him. If you're fine with just being there for him to release his sexual tension when he doesn't have someone else then stay the course. And if you just want to stay friends put your​ foot down and set some boundaries.
