I'm not close with one of my male coworker and we're not texting everyday. Yet, I realise he always texted me at midnight and act nothing the next day at the office. Talks a lot of random things when others not around and being cheeky when we're alone. Tease me until I'm annoyed and smile (I'm a girl with short height and he's about 5 ½ ft). When I tried to avoid and no any interaction with him, he always have the idea to make me speak with him. He also always pick a fight with me. I don't understand why.

Okay my official answer, after readin everything. Iis that that the dud, has a short mans complex. 5'5 tall for a man is short, so he is probally craving your attention, but he is accostumed to rejection... so instead of acting like a real man he plays these stupid games, because he hasn't learned that it is his own insecurity as man, that prevents him from finding attactive woman. It just a way for him to say I like you, but out of fear of rejection he acts like a 12 year old boy because he has never had a postive relationship with a woman. Like acting like he is not really interested, even though he knows damn well he is.

So my orginal answer is only have true... he wants to have sex with you. But if you could mange to get him past this 12 year old bullshit, he might actually treat you better then any other man you have ever met.
