My breath smells like shit.. Literally. Got any tips?

I brush my teeth twice a day, I flosh, I scrape my tongue and I use mouth wash! But some how it always smells like shit. I drink a lot of water too.

It's ruining my life. Please give me tips.. I've had it for years now and Its killing my confidence.

You might have a sinus infection or an abscessed tooth. When was the last time you went to the doctor? How much water do you drink? Do you eat a lot of dairy?

I haven't been to the doctor in ages.
I try to aim for at least 2 litres a day.
I only drink milk once in a while.

Might want to go to a doctor and make sure there's no pathological reason for the severe halitosis.

Eat healthier, look up foods that help with that issue of make it worst. For example my boyfriend eats a lot of garlic so he smells like garlic a lot

It's a little different then that..
I eat healthy foods but no matter what it still smells.
