You don't need to play sports in order to lose weight. If exercising is too much for you then I suggest that you do the little things such as taking the stairs, going for light, brisk walks, pacing around, etc. Clean eating is also important. Stay away from the bad stuff and you'll start to lose weight.

You take the fast lane, you would hit the curb. There is no fast way to weight loss just as there is no fast way to weight gain. It took months and years to gain weight. Why would you expect to lose it on the fast lane?

if you're referring to exercise as sports, then just diet and walk uphill a lot.
Exercise is important but a good diet can also be effective on its own.
Cut out sugar from your diet and have a low carb diet.
