1) Green tea with 3 slices of toasted whole wheat bread, 4 almonds.
2) 0.1% fats yogurt with 2 slices of toasted whole wheat bread, 4 almonds.
Lunch or breakfast: It changes. I eat parboiled rice, chicken, fish, whole wheat bread, green vegetables (broccoli, spinach, etc), mushrooms, lentils, peas, salad, tomatoes, potatoes, eggs
and as of grease I only use 1 and a half teaspoon of olive oil a day
Snacks: fruits like oranges, apples, kiwis, green tea, almonds, a salad, cereals
The snack is usually just around 5 pm
