Jogging is great. The thing they call a "runners high" is not a myth. I've felt it myself. Usually when I go for a run for about 40min or longer the euphoric feeling that I attain during the run is what keeps me running longer. At the start of every run I think of all sorts of things I could be doing now which includes youtubing, chatting with friends, researching but this goes away after I begin feeling the high and this high is a dopamine high so it makes you feel really good.
If you consider this route then I must add that at the start of your run, if you're not use to running could be really hard and can make you think about turning around and heading straight back to your house. I advise you to keep running until the high kicks in (you'll know when it kicks in)
This is a healthy way to fight the feeling of depression and can only benefit you.

There is no way. I have been depressed for years and years and it's only getting worse. I tried a million things but nothing worked. If you really are depressed, you are fucked. But you may not be depressed, nowadays people call everything depression. Don't use big words unless you are sure
I've heard that exercise helps, and I got a therapist to let out pent up emotions and that made me feel a bit better. Try doing things you enjoy, or even trying new things. You'll start to feel accomplished. If that doesn't work, talk to your doctor about your symptoms and he/she could find you a medication that helps lower the depression so you can live life happily. Good luck, hope you're feeling happier soon <3

Exercise is a big one. Just forcing yourself to get out and do things. When you don't feel like it especially.
Seek professional care.
Go to the gym and workout hard
