i can get through the day on just juice and soup. (kale/spinach/with little fruit) and campbells tomato. i need to lose weight FAST. just about 5-7 pounds.
Warm cup of water with squeezed lime first thing in the morning and at night.
Have vegetable juices.
Get more sleep/rest.
Avoid sugars, sweets, fast food, junk food, greasy food.
Avoid stress.

Could be. There's probably better alternatives than Campbells tomato but losing weight is ALL about burning more calories than you're taking in. Work out or nothing will happen.

Fruit juice is crap. Similar sugar n acid content as Soda. Basically orange/apple/grape, etc. juice = vitatmin enriched SODA.
Diet is important but not as important as exercise.
