Are there food combinations that help you burn calories faster?

I was worried about weight gain during an all inclusive trip to a beach in Mexico

so I did two things:

1 - I drank mostly non alcoholic Caesar’s or non alcoholic bloody Mary’s since tomato juice is low calorie

2 - I ate a lot of vegetables during every meal because they are free and probably their most nutritious option at the hotel

I lost all my buffet weight in 4 days and that made me conclude that nutritious food helps you burn body fat

Dr. Berg said a healthy body burns fat better

I would say, healthy food burns fat better or at least, does not build and retain fat
