I don't know why but since my workouts I've just been getting acne on my cheeks. I try to take care of my skin but it's just not working.
What do I do? I really don't like putting chemicals on my face.
You taking protein supplements? Whey? That stuff is basically made from super concentrated milk. And who is milk meant for? Baby cows. So what is milk/milk products likely to contain? Hormones meant for cows. What could happen if you as a human takes in bovine hormones? Hormone imbalance ==> acne. Everyone reacts differently though.
A couple glasses of milk everyday is absolutely fine. The concentrations of hormones is negligible. With supplements that stuff is like hundreds of times more concentrated.

about the acne, I don't know, but what I noticed helps keep my skin clean is by sweating and cleaning up good after the sweating.
no, some vegan adds poison your mind to believe meat gives you all sorted of skin problems but it doesn't, it depends on how you cook it, with that being said pizzas are not healthy the oil used to fry them are something else. try cooking the meat your self and substitute your butter or whatever you use for olive oil.
I don't know about vegans or meat eaters but I'm an omnivore, I eat both.

The same thing happened to me years ago. I was lifting weights and eating your typical low carb, high protein, high fat diet and my skin went to shit. Personally, I noticed it was animal products that did it to my skin, because once I went vegan, my skin completely cleared up. Dairy has been linked with acne for a lot of people, so it might be worth it to cut it out.

Protein alone? No, it does not give acne. It could be stress related, oily food related, deficiency in vitamin B3, omega fatty acids, etc. It could be a lot of things, but it is definitely not because you are eating protein. Protein is essential to live, it's like water.
Processed, synthesised and refined crap, probably won't help. Eat natural foods where possible. What is your protein source? You can check my skin, I'm 30...

don't think its the protein , I think its the saturated fats, trans fats, oil, grease, preservatives. etc.
