Killer headaches? What do u do?

can't take blood thinners. Generally hate all medication. I eat healthy etc etc but these pulsating headaches lately? definitely Not hot flashes but like this pressure. What do u do?

I don't get headaches all the time, but when they strike, I am pretty much out. Those things are severe for me and I have to sleep. If it's a place where I can't get into a dark and cold room, I will get water as hot as I can take it, place a rag under there, and apply it to my entire face and repeat. Sometimes I will just sit in the shower and see if that helps alleviate the pain. I'm not a medicine person, but I will eventually get some if it's bad enough. Exedrind Migraine is my number one choice. If that's not an option, I will find something else and even drink something hot, like coffee.

I usually take Motrin and lie on the floor cringing whenever there's a loud noise or a bright light.

Sounds like dehydration drink lots of water or it could be brain cancer so go to the doctor

I used to get really bad headaches myself, got my eyes tested, got glasses, haven't had that problem since. It's one thing that can cause regular headaches. :)

Drink lots of water
