There's your motivation right there. When I first started working out no one thought I could do it. So I proved them wrong, lost 20 pounds and was squatting 145 when I graduated high school after never lifting weights in my life [I had ONE trimester of weights]. Then I heard the same thing that I was obsessed and over doing it. That is just not true. Your body loves getting pushed, loves getting worked out, and it's about the long term benefits. Now that you've reached your shirt term goal, maybe take a small step forward and just work oit. Don't think about it, don't set goals or PRs, just go because you feel good after. I took a break for way too long and I gained the weight back (luckily I kept my shape, because that's what lifting weights does is develop your muscles and even if you stop, they continue to hold their shape way longer than only doing cardio) and lost my strength. It was the worst feeling to look at myself and remember how dedicated and how much fun I had seeing results. Maybe even don't talk to other people about working out. If they don't understand the rush that comes with the pump ;) then they will only hold you back. Think of 10 years from now how grateful you will be even if you just did an hour a few days a week and ate a little healthier. You will feel so good about yourself, and that's what it's about. I am back in the gym and currently able to work out twice a week, I'm taking vitamins, eating healthy (like farmers markets, organic and fair trade healthy) while also giving myself a little break, like ice cream and drinking :P the key is to NOT EVER STOP WORKING OUT. Keep going girl!

Just because you have a nice body doesn't mean you don't need to work out anymore. Working out has a bunch of pros! First off, if you stop working out your body is going to change, and you might lose the nice muscle you have now. Also working out is a great stress reliever, it's good for your body to sweat and release toxins, and it just naturally makes people happier. It also helps with digestion and metabolism. You should try working out with someone so you guys both feel like you should from the other. Or you can try more competitive things.
Imho, the biggest motivation for working out relies solely in yourself: you do not do it because you want to have a nice body, you do it because you love yourself.
Loving and taking good care about yourself will indeed shine to the eyes of others, because beauty comes from this - not only in matters of body. But it is not an one time achievement, it is a never ending process, like breathing. And if you stop, you will lose what you gained, and, above all, your own health is one of the biggest treasures you have, dear.
Do not listen to them, do not do it for them. Keep it up!
“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

Just remember that you might have a nice body right now thanks to your always working out, but that the results could disappear very quickly should you stop working out and start eating pretty unhealthy. So look at continuing to improve, if not maintain what you've already got, as motivation to continue hitting the gym or working out in whatever way you choose. :)
Even though, @Ellarabbaa1 You may be at Your Best from the Rest, Continue to Keep that Great looking Body or yu may one Day... Find some flab when you least expect it.
Do not lose your momentum, no matter what anyone else tells you. I am at my own Great weight right now, and always make a point to Work out every day in my gym in my building, and also as an avid walker, I Always Walk the straight and narrow Line all of the Time.
Good luck and Great looking. xxThis is why it's a bad idea to train purely for looks, once you get a decent body you get lazy. I train for strength and fitness with looks being a bonus. I'm more interested in increasing how much I can bench press, deadlift, squat, overhead press, increasing my endurance for boxing/mma. There you still hit plateaus but you try to find ways to get through them and you're constantly improving your fitness and your health rather than going "ah that's enough, that's will do".
Do it for YOU! I mean it's nice to receive compliments and all but you should always work out for yourself. If you want to stop receiving compliments then stop working out. There's a direct correlation there.
Well, if you stop working out, then you will gradually gain weight and lose muscle. That should be your motivation: knowing that if you don't workout, you will lose everything you've gotten from working out.
You're well on your way to become Jabba the Hutt. Get your ass to the gym! NOW! Summer is too close to slack off! (I've got plenty more where that came from :) )
My motivation is "I don't wanna be fat again, but I love eating" hahah
The motivation is to strive for what you want and to keep it. It's to know where you want to be and stay there. its also good eye candy watching the guys workout.
don t you wanna maintain that hot bod of yours?
plus summer is just around the corner which means bikinis and lots of parties xDLift till your ballsack hurt and then lift more, you shouldn't need motivation to do it OP. dou you need motivation to sleep? Make it part of ur daily life
Stop focusing on aesthetics, start focusing on measures of speed, power and endurance. Be able to jump higher, run faster life more, etc.
just listen to some songs that get you motivated and workout while listening to those songs.
Well if you stop working out you'll lose everything in a pretty short amount of time
