Why isn't there the 3rd opinion? When you say work out, I am sure you didn't mean only doing cardio. You can lose weight only doing cardio. You don't have to lift weight. I also dont believe we lose more muscle than fat when we lose weight only doing cardio.
I don't have to do either because I have a crazy metabolism so I don't gain weight even if I eat a ton and don't exercise, but it's still good to be active do sports or go to the gym :). So A for me.
Work out and eat good food. I value making my calories count as opposed to counting calories. Eating better quality food naturally causes you to eat fewer calories because your body is satisfied instead of constantly asking you for more fuel.
work out. though these days, i've sort of lost my appetite. 1-2 meals a day.

eat what you want and workout harder
Oh working out is life! If I actually started eating well I'd be so ridiculously fit. 😐 I'd make @consultantidback look like the doughboy. *sigh*

@consultantisback
That waist tho
Sojo sat noon at the benches, lift off! Lift off!
@ConsultantIsBack can't wait 😎
Ideally I like to do both, but as of late with current changes in my work schedule I am constantly on the go and have less time to hit the gym. So I have opted to watching what I eat more.
Maintaining a healthy diet with portions will have faster result's, but adding daily exercise would better the overall process in my opinion. So both, you can't have one without the other.
I don't know... It depends on my fitness goals. Different goals require different calorie intake and level of training. I just think about where I want to be, and adjust everything accordingly.
I try to eat less, but I binge and stress eat sometimes. Every night I think, "okay, I won't eat tomorrow!" Then, I eat a ton.
Workout I can't eat less I just don't feel any energy throughout the day don't know how people do it so I just do 3 hours of cardio a week at the gym.
eating less is waaayyyyyy easier than working out. i also like the skinny look and not the muscular look on me.
I prefer to workout hard n heavy and eat and meet my bodies dietary needs whether that be a big or small amount of food.
I prefer workout a few times a week, and eat slightly better than I usually do.
It's not a man's job to workout. The men make the money while the women look good and spend out money.
Eat A LOT of food and train like a beast in the gym.
Eating less is never the solution, unless you have stomach problems.
Both but if I had to pick one it would be working out
Work out.
Eating less will only do more harm than good.
Workout or eat less? What's that? I don't work out, eat like a beast and I'm still like a tooth pick.
Work out because I already eat little food. If I eat any less I might end up anorexic.
combining it for maximum efficiency. i never do only one.
Workout and eat tons of clean food to get jacked n joocey with small waist n abs 💪💪✌
Both.. but I love food too much.
I prefer to work out since eating less doesn't make you stronger.
Workout because when I do I no longer want to gorge myself lol
If I need to loose wieght I would do both. At this time I'm only working out to stay in shape.

Don't take away my food lol
Work out. I heart food

Don't take the cheesecake!
Work out because I love eating too much!

Workout although I'm naturally a small eater.
Eat less, definitely.
Workout, I need my food
I love to workout and I love to eat 😊

If I ate less I would starve so I'll work out.

Eat less, I can be lazy sometimes
Both, one seems redundant without the other.
I workout more because i love food.
