Incurable disease that is not allowed to donate blood?

I'm writing a story on this and I need examples. Besides leukemia, what other incurable disease that is not allowed to donate blood?

Pretty much any incurable blood disease, I imagine. HIV and AIDS for sure. Also anyone on blood thinners can't donate.. So that would probably include people who have had a stroke or heart attack.

This probably isn't what you're looking for, but I'm anemic and my blood has been rejected the last several times I've tried donating. Just can't get my iron levels up for the life of me.

Even gay people aren't allowed to donate blood as I know, but that isn't a disease.
Maybe HIV or other type of STD?
