Anyone else have problems with back acne? Do you have any solutions?

Sometimes my back is full of acne. I think I could be because I exercize and sometimes don't shower afterwords. should I always shower after exercise?

My boyfriend has issues with back acne. He uses some kind of bath wash - I think it's called something like dermasil? He gets it on prescription from the GP but I'm pretty sure you can buy stuff like that in most beauty shops too.

Yes! Omg not showering after exercises is just gross! Use a loofah to scrub off the dead skin Celle when you shower

I've heard you should shower after sweating, and put on clean clothes. Don't wear shirts more than once. And wash your sheets and pillow case twice a week.

I've had problems with back acne too. You should always shower after exercise and you should use a body wash for body acne such as neutrogena's body clear body wash.

Yes, it's because you don't shower after you exercise.

I did when I also is face acne issues.
Got a special body wash from my dermitilogist and cleared it up.

I don't think it is necessary to always shower after exercise as long as you aren't super smelly
