    i've got common logic knowledge of nutrition, I don't know what glycemic index is tho lmfao but i do know what foods make me feel stronger and which foods make me fat :P someone should write me a nutrition for dummies mytake

    Yes I do and yeah I gave up on those questions after one chick told me she only eats like 800 calories a day and she wondering why she's not loosing weight and wouldn't listen to me.

      Oh I know me too. I indulge on my cheat day with them sometimes. I do like the Quest Cravings. No comparison but they are still good.
      I worked with someone who that that way tho for real. I'm like you know those are not the best thing when your trying to stay on a diet. he's like they can't be that bad it's just peanutbutter and a little chocolate *facepalm*

      You can never have too much sugar. The more the better. Makes you stay alert and does not make you gain weight right? Lol

    Lol yeah most people don't know. It's too bad bc it requires someone to be proactive and learn this stuff. Schools don't really teach it, and the food conglomerates aren't going to say anything to help you out.
