my upper body size two and my lower body is size 6
i work out regularly but it seems like im only losing weight on my upper body
is there any effective way to lose weight only on lower body?

Agree with all. You burn fat everywhere. Analyse your body. If you lack muscle on your upper, train more there. If you are too muscular on your legs, reduce weigths there.

No, you can't. You can't spot reduce. It doesn't work that way. You can control where you add muscle but not fat.
Weight loss happens all over evenly, no "spot-reducing". Your body shape is your shape.

You can't. The only way that you lose weight is all over. You're probably just noticing it more on your upper body. Women tend to store fat more in their lower body, so it will take longer to see results.

I found spin bikes really good for shredding my bottom half and hiit training on treadmill... so switching between fast and slow.

There is no such excercise that can help you loose weight just in one specific area it depends on your genes.
