Blood pathogen transmission risk (HIV, HEP, & other possible diseases) from suture needle stick?

ok so I'll start by saying that the needle was COMPLETELY CLEAN when I stuck myself! I was setting up the table for a c section & I was moving too fast when loading the needle to get ready for the case & I stuck myself (ouch!) my gloves & everything were clean bc surgery hadn't started yet! I looked down & didn't see any blood on the needle that I know of & I ALWAYS wear two pairs of gloves, there was a hole in the second glove bc I could see that the puncture hole was bleeding! I could tell bc I felt it AND I could see it. The bottom pair of gloves I wear are blue & the top pair are white. I could see the blood through The white glove! I saw no hole in the white glove but there's was one in the blue one bc the blood was coming out! But the blood did not show ON the outside of the white glove, so I guess there wasn't a significant hole in the white glove! I didn't change gloves for hat reason bc I don't even remember seeing the blue glove through the white one bc if I had a hole In the white glove, I would've definitely saw blue through the hole! So since I didn't change gloves, during surgery I was touching lots of bloody sponges & blood from the patient & bloody instruments! Hopefully none of the patient's blood got inside the puncture! I took my gloves off when survey was complete & the patient left & the blood was dried by the little hole! The puncture is VERY tiny! The patient was having a c section & looked healthy! I know most pregnant women now a days get tested for STDs, & I'm sure if she had something, they would've warned us... Help !! I'm a little nervous! What is my likelihood of catching something?
