1) How often do you exercise? Do u still get good results by excercising and eating whatever u want?
I eat pretty healthy for the most part but I love cokes and bread too lol. I don't like breakfast foods so I eat a salad, grilled or baked chicken with bbq sauce or with grilled shrimp or crab meat.
I have a meal replacement shake with carrots and fruit, I love watermelon, I eat it like two times a day at least.
And for dinner I always make a salad, some type of meat or paste (baked chicken or shrimp usually), I love shrimp spaghetti too with a couple of pieces of texas toast, potatoes and mixed vegetables with cheese on top.
For drinks, I drink sparkling water, lots of regular water, chocolate milk and I drink a 32oz coca cola fountain drink a day.
I work out pretty much every day, some days longer than others though. I walk my dog for like 30-45 minutes and i've been into strength training and lifting weights lately, still new to it though.
A bit of both, with the 'eating whatever I want' being in moderation.
I exercise 3-4x/week. 'Eating whatever I want' means eating out (sushi, pho, greek, etc.) once a week at most. Or having something sweet like bubble tea.
Other than that, I try to eat not too many carbs, eat quite a bit of greens and of course make sure to get some protein on a daily basis.
I try to exercise at least 3 times a week and dieting is pretty much a must for me. Since I am trying to lose weight. Genetics and age have a lot to do with how your weight can be maintained. When I was in my teens and early twenties dieting was not really necessary. Now that I am older is has become more necessary.
Given you are 22 you might not have to diet or might have to depending on your genetics.
If you really want to just eat what ever you want and help maintain your current weight steroids or prohormones are pretty good with that.
Same. I didn't need to diet as a teen... only exercise and got great results. Now in my 20's exercising and eating whatever I want isn't giving me the same results. I don't want to take steroids though & Im not sure what prohormones are. *heads over to Google*

I eat in moderation, and am a vegetarian. But other then that, I really don't pay too much attention on my intake. I work out about an hour 5 days a week, 3 days are run days, doing about 4 miles or so, and the other two are strength training, and hitting a heavy bag. I also do Yoga 5 days a week, and yes I do see results, probably not at the speed I would have if I was more conscious of my diet, but I do see results.

I tried working out with my boyfriend 3 times a week, and we did for a while, but then I needed to take time off of work and work out to focus on finishing my summer classes.
Uhm, with eating, yea, I just finished the tub of ice cream tonight XD
But I will start eating better, I'm a little piggy now, this body is NOT my own. AHHH
I exercise every single day, even though I can't eat whatever I want to. The reason behind is that I've been doing modelling for long years. I'll always have to stay in shape.
Other than that, I eat junk food once a week and exercise more in that day.
I exercise a couple of times a week (everyday, if dancing is also considered exercising) and I try to eat as healthy as possible. I don't usually buy processed foods and make everything myself. There are a few things I can't stay away from... pizza, dark chocolate and ice cream <3
I don't diet and exercise. I'm not saying I eat junk food all day everyday. But I eat homemade food and in small portions and don't eat very late. After working out if it's leg day, I do eat because when doing legs you NEED to eat.
You don't have to diet and exercise, just remove junk food and sugary foods. You'll look great in no time.

I diet probably 70% of the time. And sometimes I eat whatever the fuck I want.
When I diet I am 5'4 and 100 lbs (no I don't starve myself) and am a size 00
When I eat whatever I want I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs and a size 4
When I diet some of the time I tend to be 105-110 and am a size 00-2 depending on the store.
I've never been fat. I could gain the 40 lbs generally expected in pregnancy and still be within the healthy weight range for my height.
I exercise and mostly diet. Most days I always eat healthy. Lots and lots of protein. Either from eggs cottage cheese, sliced Turkey or supplements. I also eat lots of veggies and I make pasta a lot and lots of peanuts and sometimes peanut butter (natural which is annoying when you sometimes have to mix the oil when it separates).
But I will have junk food here and there but not too much.
Right now, I exercise and am on a keto diet.
Other times I exercise and do a bulk diet.
Other times, I exercise and eat mostly whatever.
And there have been times I didn't exercise and went completely weapons-free with food and booze.
I excercise and eat whatever i want, most of the time really badly lol, although sometimes (like now) eat clean for a while to get more definiton before i go on vacation 😂. Main thing when eating what you like is keeping an eye on portion size.
The best way about this is to not deprive your body of what it needs while encourage it to lose some weight. So exercise and eat plenty. It will also help you build muscle mass faster.
I exercise, and I watch how much I eat, but I pretty much eat what I want. No food is off limits.
I do, however, make sure to drink plenty of water, limit liquid calories and eat plenty of veggies (not really into fruit these days).
I don't call it a diet, but a way of living. I don't cut on my food, but I see what I eat in terms of carbs, proteins, fibers, ... to get a balanced nutrition for my body.
I don't diet. I'm vegan so my diet is pretty much anything that doesn't come from animals. As for working out, I live and breathe sweat. I go to the gym twice a day.
I mostly diet and exercise. Diet because I have to for medical reasons, and if I'm not super hot then I actually enjoy exercise. It makes me feel better.
I exercise and eat whatever I want. However, I control the quantities. I don't each much, just the necessary. I lost weight using this method and now I continue doing it to keep my current weight.
Diet and exercise. Cutting right now so I'm doing High protein High Fat Low Carbs. Yes I give myself one cheat meal a week on Monday nights. I eat whatever my heart desires.

Lol. nope that's not an option here! lol Main thing I'm trying to see is if it's possible to eat whatever I want and just exercise to keep the weight off. I love exercising. I just hate dieting.
I exercise and eat whatever I want. I get good enough results to be happy. I don't have a sweet tooth. My cravings are usually healthy :).
Exercise and diet. During the work week is 100% clean.
I don't exercise, but I do watch what I eat. Mostly green veggies and whole grains.
I exercise several times a week, and eat what I want. I don't eat much junkfood though.
