I sure wish I knew that myself as I seem to be going through something very similar.
I suggest talking to someone close: A friend, family member or partner. If you don't feel like that or there's no one around to talk to then you can call/message them or if you have a pet like a cat or dog you can try cuddling that.
You could also watch a comedy or something.
I know not much helps when you are in that mood but venting can sometimes help if you have a diary, feel free to message me if you want also as I can relate to these sorts of feelings.

i would talk to someone about it - parents, friends or a therapist. I especially recommend a therapist. They can be very helpful. Also try to plan little things that you look forward to each week. Another trick is every morning list 3 things you are thankful/grateful for. A lot of times we focus too much on the negative things in our lives and forget about all the good things that have happened as well. Hope that helps!
