Ways to get rid of depression?

I sure wish I knew that myself as I seem to be going through something very similar.

I suggest talking to someone close: A friend, family member or partner. If you don't feel like that or there's no one around to talk to then you can call/message them or if you have a pet like a cat or dog you can try cuddling that.

You could also watch a comedy or something.

I know not much helps when you are in that mood but venting can sometimes help if you have a diary, feel free to message me if you want also as I can relate to these sorts of feelings.

i would talk to someone about it - parents, friends or a therapist. I especially recommend a therapist. They can be very helpful. Also try to plan little things that you look forward to each week. Another trick is every morning list 3 things you are thankful/grateful for. A lot of times we focus too much on the negative things in our lives and forget about all the good things that have happened as well. Hope that helps!

Talking about it with someone you trust. Letting your struggles known that way is really good :)
Also.. knowing that it Will get better if you keep fighting. We all have our fights, even though you might not see it on people's faces. You fight that fight

Hang out with close friends.
Go for a run at sunrise.
Have breakfast outdoors.
Go to the gym.
Read books to get you back on the track.
Have lunch outdoors with a close friend.
Order pizza and invite a friend for dinner and watch a family movie.
