I can't afford a personal trainer right now LOL, so any help?
Websites/apps/videos... kinda want them to be tailored to me.

18 years old,

I'm not really fit
I want to tone up and become more fit, not lose weight.
Then you need to build muscle and work on your fitness level. For fitness, look at training programs like tabata or other interval training mechanisms. They will start your fat burning. For weights, don't start too heavy. First warm up, and then define your max for that muscle group. That is the weight you can just lift once. Train at 50-60 % of that weight and do 3 to 4 series of 10 to 12 reps. And eat well (proteins, vegetables and fruit and just enough carbs to cover your daily needs)
Don't waste time with a trainer. There are tons of good videos and articles that can help you. I recommend starting with things you are comfortable with and then slowly adding new things to your routine.
Push ups (variations of arm placements)
Sit ups
Crunches
V-ups
Front plank/side planks
Body weight squats
Burpees
These will tone up. Work to muscle fatigue and failure.
Don't take advice on here.
Go to bodybuilding. com and read the noobie articles.
