How to Work Out Properly?

I just started working out but I'm not sure what I'm doing...

I can't afford a personal trainer right now LOL, so any help?
Websites/apps/videos... kinda want them to be tailored to me.

If it helps, I'm:
18 years old,
Weigh about 65kg,
I'm not really fit
I want to tone up and become more fit, not lose weight.
