Looking fit, strong and cut is not a miracle.. It's actual work. It takes time and dedication... It will take years to finally reach the goals most people seek... So don't get discouraged if 6 or 8 months pass and you're not seeing it... But at 8 months to a year if you look exactly the same, then you're doing something wrong.. Most likely your food intake..
they say it takes 8 weeks for people around u to start noticing. you'll notice before everyone else. so as long as u stick to it, and u notice a difference then ur on the right trac :)
If you want to lose body fat... don't go to the gym, get outside and jog or run or ride your bike or swim! Cardio at the gym gets boring as hell super quick.
If you want to burn fat exclusively, no, cardio. If you want to burn fat and start to look more built, then weight training. Asked specifically asked for losing body fat so I gave them the best answer.
It greatly depends on your daily calorie and carbohydrate intake.

You can notice a decrease in weight, but I doubt you'll notice any muscle gain, and if you do, it's very very little.
You'll notice minor changes for sure. Your energy levels should be much better.
If you worked out like an athlete and cut your calorie count to less than 1000. I'm taking 6 hours of cardio with a diet of one Apple and a bowl of nuts per day.
At 22 , then yes , the younger you are , the quicker your body will adapt. Depends on intensity , exercise types & your own goals.

Its all about calories in and out. No reason to get a gym membership if your plan isn't to get swol
