2 weeks, same workout routine, completely different results?

Okay so I am a bit confused as I have just recently started going to the gym and I’m not really good on fitness knowledge so i gotta hope one of y'all can explain this to me😬

First week results:
• -0.3kg overall weight loss
• -2.5% fat
• +1.7kg muscle

Second week results:
• -2.1kg overall weight loss
• -0.3% fat
• -1.1kg muscle


Worth mentioning that I did the same exact routine. I know the body does not work in a pattern and that weight loss journey has lots of ups and downs. What I’m struggling to understand is just how come? What could affect these results when I’m doing the same routine and same diet?
