You're a banana or have really fragile capillaries , maybe it's sun damage , your collagen not bonding optimally or maybe you're just pale which makes bruises look more prominent.

You could simply be on the lower end in terms of platelet levels in your blood, assuming you're not anemic or anything.

Yes I suppose so. But you can already see some of my veins some times. Sometimes breast, hands, feet, around the pelvic girdle..

I have fair sensitive skin but not pale

Yeah some people's skin is just that way, maybe their capillaries are closure to the surface and break easier and then show redness and bruising
