Helllppp! I need a way to tone up my stomache it's all flabby and gross but I can't diet because I have no time in the day to sort out my meals or the money any other ways?

High-intensity interval training.

You cannot target where your body burns fat. That's a myth.

You can do a thousand crunches a day and still have belly fat.

But you can burn fat really quickly as well as build leg and back muscles quickly if you start sprinting a lot. Warm-up, sprint (run as fast as you can), walk a bit to recover, sprint again, walk again, sprint again.

This requires extremely high motivation but you'll get results fast if you keep at it every other day.

Then combine with a healthy diet (I never bothered to be very scientific on this front).

Note that this is lung-exploding exercise. It is quite grueling. But if you have the willpower for it, it can make some pretty rapid transformations. Stay strong!

There are no fast ways. You need to control your food (without special dieting) and build muscle. The main question is whether the flabby is only fat or also untrained abs. Training abs will flatten them, but you also need to burn fat if the fat layer is too thick. If you don't have the time to do low intensity cardio, you will have to cut carbs to your daily needs and use only healthy carbs (brown bread, brown rice, fruit, ...).

You must, must, must eliminate refined sugars and cut carbs in your diet overall. You also need to start lifting weights and doing intense training. Those two things will transform your body.
