Second you should download a planner on your phone or wrote down a schedule on a piece of paper and make sure you don't lose it! Now here's some tips: wake up at the same time and sleep at the same time every single day! And put that in organizer. This alone srsly helps lose weight stupid fast. Next drink plenty of water every single meal and after you exercise! Adding some lemon to it will help burn the toxins and wastes. You don't have to exercise like crazy but it's better to walk for like 30 to an hour every morning when you wake up. But if you do intense exercising it does help lose weight faster obviously. And then make sure you eat lots of veggies and fruits. Also when you eat. Eat Japanese styles on your knees with a straight posture and it corrects your stomach so you lose stomach fat. fasting works but not fasting for whole days. I mean just from the morning till evening.
Eat healthy food for breakfast and evening and dinner.
By the end of month you should lose at least 6 pounds.
However, if you are going at this like the yo-yo diet then there is a chance you may just gain it back.
It's all in genetics really. I lost 10lbs in a week just from dieting. Eat 2 eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch and chicken, a vegetable and small portion of a healthy carb. For me that diet and strenuous exercise I would be cut the fuck up in a week.
Eat one apple with peanut butter topping per day. Drink tea or water to fend off the hunger pains. Do cardio 2 hours a day everyday without fail. Real cardio, not that reading a book on the elliptical machine for 30 mins bullshit.

I'm sorry to say this, but losing 10 pounds in a month is unhealthy and you'll just gain it back.
I managed to lose 10 pounds in 2 months by: cardio roughly 3 time a week, weight lifting 4 times a week, eating somewhat healthy, and drinking roughly 3 liters of water a day. If you do cardio 6 times (not 7) a week and do strength training 4 times a week, eat clean and drink a ton of water. You might be able to reach your goal.
But what ever you do don't starve yourself, you'll gain it right back and lose muscle.No soda

No ice cream or cheeses but rarely (ration)
Get active intensely (incorporate weights and cardio and swimming is good too)
Less bread
More vegetables
Less fatty meats like steak and fried chicken
Less fried food
More sleepLose the Sugar and the Starches And... Exercise.
