So summer brought on drinking, junk food and a lack of exercise and I'm now feeling groggy and unhealthy. I've put on around 9 pounds (now 10 stone and used to be 9,1) and I can just feel the flab lingering around my stomach and my clothes are fitting less and feeling tighter. I'm going to university in a few weeks and I'm a sporty person but worried I won't make the team because of how unfit I've become. I used to train twice/3 x a week then hit a plateau and I can't escape it. I have a gym membership but can't afford to keep paying for it anymore so want to workout at home. I lost weight and toned up quite fast before after following a continuous workout routine and eating right 80% of the time but I need some advice on how to lose around 10 pounds in just under a month? Starting from now. Thank you
