Link does not work, but anyway impossible to judge on a pic. What is your weight and height, and more important, what is your muscle to fat ratio? You need to loose fat, not muscle. For a female 20 to 25% fat content is a normal value. Going lower is mainly for sport people or people who want to show off a toned muscular body.
