Iv used the main one Creatine monohydrate for about 6 years though not consistently by any means probly taken it for the equivalent of 1.5 - 2 years and it seems to work and it's cheap keeps for years if dry and really convenient if you dont mind swallowing the powder and washing it down with water.
I heard of Beta-Alanine is meant to be good though i don't know anything about it.
I use to use protein powder but that didn't last very long it was inconvenient and since im not a competitive athlete just a normal person trying to stay in shape, look good and keep my body capable it didn't seem to make enough difference to be worth the time and cost.
