I'm getting cramps after wearing my waist trainer?

I wore it all day yesterday, on about 23 inches. (My waist is 25 inches so that's pretty tight. And today I got bearable pains in my abdomen, making me feel a bit sick. However, my periods going to start in two days, so I'm wondering if that's the problem. Has anyone wore a wait trainer before and experienced similar problems?

You have to wear your waist trainer only while doing exercises.. Anyway , you have cramps because your muscles got strained and being immobile , they did not get the chance to expand and contract freely in the normal way. They could not get an opportunity to relax. You can take warm bath and then do a nice massage. Also you can apply some pain ointment or take some pain killers. It is expected to get well in two days time.

Maximum of a couple of hours.
Nice going - give yourself internal bleeding while you're at it.

I've been wearing it for a while and it hasn't hurt me at all, it's a stretchy, modern waist trainer, not a medieval corset. 😊

I'm not wearing it to lose waist circumference. I'll look like a freak with a waist smaller than it already is. My waist to hip ratio is 0.72 so you get what I'll look like if it gets any smaller

Yeah I know, I mean. I only wear it to prevent bloating. I'll just wear it less I guess

Maybe you shouldn't wear it because its not good for your organs and the result are only temporary.

Yeah. I know. I only usually wear it under tight fitting clothes to prevent bloating and give me a nicer figure
