I've been trying to lose weight for a while im 19 years old ,5^9 and weigh 265. So as you can see I am very over weight I've been trying so many things. I went from drinking soda and juice everyday to only drinking water. From drinking only 2cups of water to a gallon a day. I work at Steak N Shake so I use to eat a burger every time i worked but now i don't even do that. I was first trying to just lose weight with a healthy diet but it seems that wasn't even working. I work overnight shifts so i started going to the gym every morning that I got off to workout. I feel as if all my hard work is for nothing because i don't see any results all I have to show far is a sore body and a constant urinating problem. Its really discouraging and feel that I might as well stay fat but im not ready to give up so quick can anyone please help me? Any advice?
