What's your favorite bodypart/movement pattern/ exercise to work out/train?

Pretty simple.

Is it International Bench Press Monday?
Or pulling (deadlifts) heavy stuff off the floor? Or Calisthenic style Body weight workouts ala Convict Conditioning? etc... Or like many women in the gym that love to work their posterior chains aka da booty? (Glutes, hamstrings, abductors, adductors, etc..) I could go on and on but you get the idea.

Back- KB Renegade rows , YTX s from TRX, Pendlay rows
Pulls- deads quats and usB clean to fists
Glutes - Hip Thruster HEAVY AND HIGH REPS
workout style - maximal strength/power workouts and metabolic multiplanar sb/kb workouts
