Im naturally skinny but I do want to work on building muscle in my legs and toning my stomach.
What do you guys think I should do as a routine?
Get a pair of adjustable dumbbells so you can add more or less weight depending on your exercise without buying a bunch of stuff.
Do calf lifts (Stand on tippy toes, then go back to flat foot) Try doing 25 reps per set, then work your way up to a set of 100 reps before increasing weight.
Hold the dumbbells while doing squats. (Same 25 reps for 4 sets and work your way up to doing 100 reps non stop)
You can also use them for curls, back arms, benches etc.
Just do 1 leg workout and 1 arm workout per day. Don't workout the exact same muscle two days in a row. Drink 2% milk for the protein and vitamins before working out. Have Gatorade, water, etc during your workouts. Not soda because that can get your throat sticky. It is good to end your workout with stretches of whichever muscle you just worked on to avoid tightness and cramps, especially when working your calves.
Start with yoga, stretching. Then jump rope or running. Then tennis, just to strengthen yourself.
THEN do light weights. Depending how much muscle you want to add... stick with light weights or move to heavier ones.
Have someone with experience help you when you get to the weights.
YouTube has an amazing abundance of exercise gurus that can help you with that.

These are some channels that helped me. FitnessBlender is my most favorite becuase it does cater to indoor workout.
I use blogilates. She has the whole month's workouts planned out for you on the website and you don't have to leave the house, hollaaa. I'm naturally slim too and it toned me up (not bulky at all).

Weight lifting is best for building muscle. But if you're new to exercise, I wouldn't do that right away since going gung ho might lead to burnout. Make exercise a habit first. For that, what worked best for me was gradually building intensity.
Start off with stretching and basic calisthenics. Then yoga/pilates, cardio. Then weights and HIIT. If you don't know where to start Fitnessblender. com has tons of good videos and programs.
Here we go.
A chair and legs , that's all you need.
(no , it isn't a "bodybuilding" routine , it's just some basic bodyweight exercise that works on your conditioning and build a strength foundation before moving into advanced excercises)

You could run up and down the stairs and add weights after a while to make progress. Sprinting is also good for building muscles (see sprinters vs marathon runners, marathon runners always look really skinny whereas sprinters look hella buff).
There are tons of video and picture examples online. I think building your own routine that works for you is the best.
I do that once a week
for legs you have to join a gym, or maybe buy a barbell with some weights, so you can do squats at home. for stomach do lots of abs exercises, like : crunches, planks, leg raises.
I am not sure on specifics but, you can't go wrong with P. E. classics, push ups and sit ups, there are lots of fancy things you can do with weights too.
Google home workouts on the specific areas you want to work out... but it's better to start with gym honestly... u need someone to advice you on sups, respiration technique, what specific exercises would be best for you, check on your reps, etc... until you dominate all u can continue working out at home... 45 to 1 hour of daily workout is more than enough to maintain...

Buy yourself a set of weights and a bench press and do a lot of high reps using low weights so your body can become used to weight lifting. Go on a high protein diet, by yourself some myoplex and Nitro Tech hardcore protein powder
I worked out a lot especially on my legs and stomach
Planking, pushups and sit-ups help really well with the whole stomach
Squats work great for the thighs
Otherwise running in water is something that really trains the legs or biking ^^
Definitely join a gym. There's a ton you can do but make sure you're enjoying it and just pushing slightly beyond your comfort zones.
You can find great videos on youtube and good workout plans on pinterest.
Go to the gym and lift weights! You won't become a big muscled beast I promise, women don't gain muscle like that without trying very hard. It's an option anyways.
Find a gym. At home you have a lot of distractions: TV, Cellphone, Laptop, and so on.
Bodybuilding. com check it out. Should be some great stuff on there.
