+1 yOnce a day, sometimes twice a day.
My first session would consist of High intensity interval training (cardio). Explosive movements. Such as sprints, box jumps, ergo/rowing, or a combination of pull-ups, jump squats, pullups and lunges.
Second session would be weights and resistance training. Deadlifts, bench press, back/front squats, inclines/chest press/flyes, rows, shoulder presses, leg press/curls etc.00 Reply

+1 y3 to 4 times a week. I'm a member of gym. I do 10 to 15 minutes cardio, 10 to 15 minutes strength training with free weights or the machine, then 15 to 20 minutes more cardio. I have lost a few pounds and began toning up in my arms and legs since I began the routine in July. However, my abdominal fat is unfortunately still present.

+1 yDepends. I do crunches every day, I've been increasing by 5 and today I'm going to do 65. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I ride my bike down a hill then up again later, plus I walk my dog every day for 30 min to an hour and a half.

+1 yI my good old times I used to exercise 6 days a week, almost 2 hours a day. Not too much... just moderate effort. Pilates and stretching. Now, I am very, very busy. I hardly find energy to work out 30-40 minutes 2-3 times a week. It's frustrating.

+1 y5 days a week. I just workout at home though, I no longer go to the gym. I have stuff at home that I use. I just do simple but effective things that primarily use the weight of my own body, though I do use actual weights too.

+1 yI am to go to the gym at least once a week, if not twice. Cardio to warm up and then weights and machines. During the summer I prefer to be outside hiking/swimming/riding my bike. Now that winter is here, it's gym time again.

@CHARismatic110 Thank you. I found it is about regime. I stay under 1200 calories a day, got rid of all starch and walk a minimum of 4 miles daily! It has truly worked. 10 more to go!!!

You're welcome! I'm on a journey of my own and it hasn't been easy, but it's worth it! I really pushed myself this year after having been down 40 + and gaining most of it back. Glad to say that I'm down 35 since July.

@CHARismatic110 Wonderful news, keep plugging along, it is really not a diet, it is a life change! Best of Luck along your journey!

@CheerGirl38139 What titties?
OOhhhhh... these titties.

Its common sense, men are naturally dominant. If a girl is dominant the guy is usually a little bitch then. Girls aren't supposed to be dominant or tough or any of that
I cycle virtually every day
