eat in a caloric surplus, find out what your BMR is, then calculate how many calories you need to maintain your weight and then add about 200 or so (work your way up and see what your are comfortable with) Try to avoid eating junk food coz they are packed with trans fats and those are not good for you.
Incorporate weight training into your workouts, if you do this, you are gonna need protein, make sure to eat at least 88 grams (a gram per body pound) then fill the rest of your calories with carbs and healthy fats (avocado, fish, nuts, eggs, etc). Don't go crazy with them, if you prefer to have lots of carbs, cut down on the fat, if you prefer more fat, cut down on the carbs.

Besides your organs and bones which are a fixed weight, you can only add fat or muscle (minus some kind of foreign tumor). You can add fat by eating more calories than you consume. All calories that you body doesn't use will be stored into fat. You can add muscle by exercising.
Eat right and exercise. Do a lot of leg exercises, especially the ones that workout the thighs and butt. You can take protein shakes to help build muscle, and don't worry about becoming big and bulky, trust me, I've tried to get big and it's not that easy.

Work out, gain muscle mass. The most profitable for you would be squats I think. And eat more, preferably healthy stuff :)
I've always thought it was weird when girls who are thin want to gain weight. That will naturally happen with age anyway. Trust me, you do not want to help it along lol.
