Im trying to loss the last bit of fat from the lower part of my stomach. I've been told this is the most difficult to get rid of. Any advice?

I already lift weights and do cardio about 2-3 times a week. I take no supplements or diet pills. Just lifting and kettlebells and walking pretty much. Seems like I've stayed the same for a while now.
