I made a woman mad at the gym just now because I told her how much I weigh. Is she psycho or was I wrong?

No lie. I was talking to her and she was really nice at first. We were on the elliptical and talking about our weight loss. She asked me how much I weigh and my waist size. She told me she was 155 and waist 33 (lady is like 30 or something). I told her I was 165, 5'3 and 31.75 waist. The lady was taller than me by about an inch or two.

She said she's never looked like that ever. Then she said girls like me get in her nerves bragging about their weight and manage to still be a good size.

Last I checked, 165 pounds is not something to brag about. And I don't think 32 inch waist is cute. It's just well hidden because I have a DD cup and wear a size 10 jeans. But my waist is not small.

She didn't want to hear it and said that's why overweight people don't want to go to the gym. Then she went to locker room.

Like... the fuck? Is she psycho or did I actually say something wrong?

lol i wouldn't try to figure that bipolar shit out. there's always people who claim to want a convo then turn it into a fight. she was probably jealous, had a flashback due to what u guys were saying and it got to her emotionally. kinda like when people say, " not all guys and dads are bad parents..." and i snap and probably say some men stuff and my father and guys overall. at some point i do mean what i say though.

She's dumb. There's a million different body types. Two people can be the exact same height and weight and carry it differently. That's basic common sense. She was just being super insecure about her body. That's her issue, not yours. She brought up the topic, so naturally you assumed it was ok to mention your info as well.

Insecurity can cause unnecessary outburst of anger. Even though you weigh more, you carry fat differently, creating a slimmer image. She was frustrated at herself and took it out on you. You were being honest and not rude at all, so its all on her.

Yeah she probably was already on edge and that sent her over. People don't realize that everyone wears their weight differently. Someone else here mentioned tone, which does come into play, but I don't think that this was the case here.
