They say summer bodies are born in winter so I want to use the next few months to really lose some weight and tone up so I can be beach body ready and feel confident.
I have really good intentions and eat healthyish and exercise for a few days and then I just give in to temptation and have some cake or chocolate or crisps or miss one day that turns into two and three etc..
If people can tell me ANY useful tips, ways or things that helped you really stick it out then please comment. Also feel free to post any exercises that are good and the best way to exercise to lose weight and tone up etc.. just anything to help! or any good websites etc!!
