Sometimes you know I feel afraid that if I eat more, my stomach will "grow up" and wanting more and more food, so as a result I will grow heavier and heavier.
It might be just a stupid fear of mine though.
Any suggestions?
just stick to a certain number of calories instead of worrying about volume. bc different kinds of food have different weight and some of the healthiest foods are 'heavier' though not greater in calories. you'll end up eating unhealthily if volume and weight of food becomes a criteria.
if you want to stay at 120 then figure out how much protein and calories you NEED to stay there then eat that and not less. that's it. northing mystical or abstract. just be precise. and concrete. you'll be fine.
also id see a therapist to help deal constructively with your anxiety.
wanting to be thin is one thing. being terrified over it is entirely another.
just calculate how many calories you need to eat to maintain your weight and thats it, its not hard at all, you can easily do it online.
