A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats a minute. Generally, a lower heart rate at rest implies more efficient heart function and better cardiovascular fitness. For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 beats a minute.

not sure but were you expecting a higher BPM? you just woke up, your heart rate should be subtle at that point.
if you're healthy then you most likely have nothing to be concerned about but if you want to double check go see your doctor.
That's normal actually.
My heart rate sometimes spikes up to 120 and I'm sitting down.
I'm sorry what does BPM stand for? Did you mean BMI?
