Negative on television?

America's top model are all twiggy.teenagers or young adults being anorexic or bulimic due to trends.

i want to know what are some shows that are aired on television that can have a negative affect on a young persons mind/health

I would say the vast majority of television's programming is very bad for a developing mind. It really sickens me what they're brainwashing kids into becoming these days. Being stupid, b*tchy, spastic, and a nervous wreck is now popular.

I don't know of any TV show that's "good" for a young person's mind.

As for what's bad, anything geared for elementary to high school kids is the worst. (iCarly, Suite Life of Zack and Cody/on Deck, Zoey 101, Glee, that's all I can think of at the moment...

All of televions glorifies CIA violence and depicts government agents as sexy and role models, even as most of the world sees them as mass murderers.

Then there are shows about women selling themselves I one way or another. Unfortunately that's not so unrealistic but these shows all glorify them...

so in essence EVERYTHING on major network televison is bad for the mental health of children..or adults.

I do not see any negative because the Samsung 4K TV provided us the right knowledgeable thing to play and share with watching the TV.

The media will do just about anything to cause controversy, sway the influence of it's viewers and lead everyone to believe certain beliefs. It's all in the game for MONEY and RATINGS.

If people stopped watching the garbage, there would be no demand for it, but let's face it...the media knows that people will feed into negativity, so they are just taking advantage of a sad opportunity.

Just about everything.

TV shows are always showing two characters with two different points of view fighting over which is correct. News stations don't simply report the news, they try to push an opinion on the public.

Modern cartoons like Family Guy are excellent shows, however they can give kids the wrong idea if they aren't mature enough to understand.

Everything on TV is going to affect young children and insecure young adults.

TV has a negative effect in general. Take up a hobby, go for a walk, talk to some guys. Don't watch that crap.
