I'm 118 pounds and 5'4 inches tall. My boyfriend is almost 6 feet and 146 pounds. I feel fat compared to him especially when he really struggles to lift me up. Should I lose weight?
My boyfriend struggles to lift me up. Is it because I'm fat?
For my fellow metric system users - she is 53kg / 162cm and he is 66kg / 182cm.
For your height, your weight is definitely not much. He, on the other hand, is a little light for his weight, so I'm guessing it's just him. Your weight is definitely not a big deal, most guys should be able to lift that. He probably can too, given he uses a proper posture, though if he's that skinny, he probably doesn't know anything about that.

You are fine. You should weigh about 100 + (5 x (h-60)) where h is your height in inches (120 lbs). Your boyfriend is a thin, but he will probably fill out and get stronger as he matures a bit.
You're extremely light. Have you researched your BMI? I'm heavier than you and a guy who I don't think weighed that much has lifted me up and carried me from one room to another. Your boyfriend's just not that strong... does he work out?

No, you're not fat. I'm that weight and three inches shorter and I am not fat either. It's probably because you're not a small child and people picking each other up successfully tends to only happen in the movies.

Nope, he is fucking weak, I could easily lift you. I weigh 30lbs more than you and my boyfriend is skinny asf and he can lift me with ease.
