-first get a gym membership
- do cardio and plenty of it. I would say start off at 30 mins min if you haven't been in a while. Now that I've got my cardio strength up, and I go to the gym every day, I alternate. One day I will do an hour of cardio all together, with crunches and that's it. The Next day I do 30 mins of cardio but I weight lift.
- do toning exercises like crunches, toning exercises for back and waist
-also do some weight lifting. Alternate days. So one day do legs, the next arms and chest.
The next is diet. I say, to put it simple, cut out added sugar and anything with flour in it. So anything that has any added sugar or high fructose corn syrup in it, cut it out and replace it with nonsugar alternatives or get your sugar from natural sources like fruits. The no flour will be tough but you can do it. You don't need bread in your diet, nor do you need flour. However, if you absolutely need bread, try to find breads that have "whole wheat flour" specifically (any other wheat flour or enriched wheat flour strips the grains of the most important nutrients and is just empty calories). Also check to make sure they don't have added sugar or high fructose corn syrup- many do. Or you can make your own bread at home with whole wheat flour, and you can know what you put into it.
I would also cut out desserts if you are eating them- again, empty calories. You don't NEED desserts, and you will be happy you cut them out when you see results.
Portion control is a big one. Have one helping, on a smaller plate. I weigh my food, and have 4 oz protein, 6 oz veggies, and 8 oz salad with a vinegar dressing for dinner.
its tough but it works

Ok my sister still has her stretch marks from her son that was born 3 years ago. So it's going to be hard to lose the weight because most of it is extra skin so you might need to do some tightening exercise for you abs.
When I was overweight, I went on a diet that included a fruit at 12:00am, half a sandwich at 3:00pm, and the other half at 6:00pm. (you can't eat after 6:00pm) You have one day off through the week to eat whatever you want and as much as you want but you still have to stay under the 6:00pm rule. This shocks the body. it's also smart to eat at the times I recommended because your making your metabolism work over the period of the day instead of making it work for a couple of hours if you had the whole meal all at once. Only water, except for your days off.
Basically it's a low carb diet. So buy wheat bread, turkey slice, cheese is fine, Basically count your carbs. Try not eating more than 40 carbs a day.
Side effects I felt really weak and grouchy at time and sometimes I even fantasized about food LOL but the results was worth it in the end, lost like 25-30 pounds in a month. Some people say this is starving yourself and you will only gain even more weight back quicker but it worked and stayed off for me.
well for one I'm sure you look as beautiful as ever. However, I know what it's like to want to drop some pounds. What I've found works best is a very high protein low carb diet. This allows you to maintain the muscle tone that your body already has and drop fat. Exercise is mandatory. Not a lot but something everyday. It's tough but you can do it. Make a chart so you see your results and stay motivated. Also look at www.infinityfitness.com they have some diets there for shedding fat and staying healthy. With that said keep in mind that you may not need to drop as much as you think. Most men prefer a woman with some curves and thickness ;)
Good luck and let me know if you need more help.
