For all you diet gurus out there

I work out every day, eat really healthy. I weigh all my food, have small portions, and eat no added sugar, no dairy, and nothing with flour in it ( I do take a vitamin supplement though). Every other day I do an hour of cardio, and on alternate days I do a half hour of cardio and weight lifting.

Anywho, I'm at 129/130 and I want to get to 120/125. I was wondering if eating tilapia every night for dinner for a week or two will help me break 130 and help me lose a few pounds. I know it won't make me lose all ten that I want to, but I'm wondering if it will make a difference. The plan I'm on has me eating 4 oz of protein per meal so does it really make a difference if its from tilapia, turkey, or chicken?
