There is no quick fix and if you find one, its not healthy. Eat 6 small, low carb, low fat, high protein meals a day. Eat one meal every 2-3 hours. I like to do 300 calories per meal. Stick to mainly lean meats, low fat or fat free cottage cheese, oatmeal only once a day, lots of veggies, maybe 1 or 2 fruits.
Avoid starches like potatoes and avoid breads altogether if you can because they just turn to sugar and sugar turns to fat. No granola bars, no cereals besides oatmeal. Eliminate all white flour and sugar from your diet (except for sugar in fruit). If you are going to eat bread, only eat multigrain bread. "Whole wheat" bread is a scam and it can have white flour mixed into it. Excess carbs causes weight gain because when you don't use all the energy you put into your body, it gets stored as fat. When you eat protein, your body uses ALL of it and none of it gets stored as fat.
Fruit is hidden carbs. Dairy products are hidden carbs and sugars. You can eat both of those but you have to watch HOW MUCH. For every cup of skim milk there are 12 carbs. Also, try eating your higher carb meals earlier in the day. You CAN eat at night, but you can't have carbs after dinner time and even at dinner time you should eat them minimally.
Do lots of cardio because cardio is what is going to burn body fat. Also, you can't JUST lose belly fat. Your body is going to choose where the fat comes off of and you can't do anything about WHERE it comes off of. Do cardio and you will lose all over body fat. Do weight training because lean muscle burns fat.
The best times to eat higher carb meals are in the morning or before cardio. When you have carbs in your body, you have the energy to work out harder and the carbs you eat will be used up to fuel your workout.
The whole object of weight loss is to burn more than you consume. The whole reason you eat 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 big meals is because when you feed your body in small increments, you give it just enough energy to get through to your next meal. It doesn't have an excess amount so none of the calories you intake in that meal will be stored as fat. When you eat 3 big meals, your body doesn't use up all of the calories by your next meal, so the excess is stored as fat. Also, you won't get overly hungry, maybe not at all. You won't feel sluggish from over-eating and you will maintain a constant energy level.

My boyfriends a personal trainer so I'll give you his advice, as I have to others as well. I'll shorten it down a bit, it's really simple, just takes self control. Start eating healthy for one, lean meats, oats, eggs, peanut butter, veges, fruits. Make sure you eat 6 small meals a day, not 3 huge ones. You should eat every 2 hours. If you get too hungry have a snack, piece of fruit or something. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, bring a water bottle with you wherever you go if you have to. If you work out, run or anything like that, you need more than 8 so just make sure you always have water, especially working out. Easiest thing to do for speeding up the process, is run, but it's not the longer you go, it's the intensity of it. Run decently fast for shorter periods of time, then jog or walk. Use hills for sprints if you can, they help a lot. A very under rated way of losing weight is just swimming, do laps at the pool if you can, it's the best cardio workout there is. Also if you can, any kind of dancing class or something like that, if you're into things in that area, join up, that'll help with the motivation part. Best of luck.
First thing you should know is that you can't target the places where you loose fat, you can however tone you belly with exercise, just search the web for all the exercises and how to do them, as for loosing weight
1. Cut out all junk food and all processed sugar, that means no more soft drinks or chips or processed chocolate
2. Walk walk walk, walk everywhere, what for hours, if your sitting at home at the computer right now get outside and walk
3. If you want the fastest way to lose weight then become a vegetarian, all the guy know that wanted to cut down went off meat, I'm NOT a vegitarian and love meat, but if you want to loose weight quickly and that is your main goal then this is the best diet tip I can give
