Need help starting a workout routine and schedule?

I have been losing weight this past year and I want to lose even more but start gaining muscle in place as well. I am not quite sure what type of workout routine works well or not. I could really use some help starting one out and I am very dedicated to it especially for this summer.

I am about 6' maybe 6'1, and 165lbs, I am wanting to lose stomach fat and leg/thigh fat which is where most of my extra weight is, but I want to gain some weight back but be it as muscle.

Any advice would be helpful or links to websites or what not would be very appreciated.
