Today, my wife weighs about 70 pounds (32 kilograms) more than when we married. This puts her in the obese category by U. S. CDC standards. It has been more than 11 years since our last child was born. She won't workout with me or by herself. She won't talk about her weight.
I love my wife. I don't want her to develop diabetes or congestive heart failure. I want to travel and complete some adventures especially after we retire, but I fear her weight will prevent that. I have read some articles about helping loved ones to lose weight, and I have tried several things to help her but to no avail.
What has helped your significant other to lose weight or what did you SO do to help you lose weight?
