eat 5-6 small meals per day... example being:
Meal 1- Small bowl of oatmeal, 2 egg whites, fruit
Meal 2- Almonds and fruit
Meal 3- Salmon and veggies
etc etc.. and keep the portion size under control. On top of that, you should do some weight training/cardio. If you want to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, check out this article on complexes: I have recently implemented them into my routine and even though I am not overweight, they have really helped my conditioning. link
I think if you did them 4-5 times a week and changed up your diet that it would really help you. Let me know if you have any questions- there are a lot of things you can do to aid in weight loss and good luck!
Almost forgot to mention you should drink a lot of water and also a few cups of green tea per day if you have it.

The quickest, natural way is to become a vegetarian. Also walk everywhere, are you at the computer now? go out and walk for a few hours, got nothing to do, WALK. My friend lost a lot of weight just by walking without changing his diet
The walking and situps will help, but also watch the amount that you are eating. I just stopped eating as much and lost 16pounds in a week.. And that wasn't even me trying.. I was just overly stressed and forgot about eating.. now my stomach has shrunk so much that I can't even eat an entire yogurt.
