I am trying to lose weight. I don't have a specific number, but I'm currently 225 lbs and I think even 20 lbs would be good. So what should I do. All I do for exercise is walk 5 miles a day and sit ups and push ups since I live in a rural area far from a gym. So any suggestions on how to lose weight and healthily and in the least amount of time (I know it takes a couple months I am not expecting miracles). Also I need diet tips. I don't eat terrible but I need to eat better. I don't eat much junk food, but my problem is veggies and fruits. I don't eat enough and while I like fruits, I am not crazy about veggies ever since I was a kid (probably why I am a fat ass). So how do I incorporate them into a diet when I will sometimes literally throw up (which might not be a bad thing in weight loss LOL just kidding). Any tips would help greatly.

Also, how do I do this in college. the cafeteria is by no means a a healthy place to eat, and I don't have much money to buy special food. Working out's a cinch since we have a rec center, but any suggestions.
