Why does my sweat smell like caramel?

My sweat smells like caramel, I have no health issues.. I go to the doctor regularly.
I dont use any weird products. I googled it and someone said it may be because you drink sodas... but I'm strictly all water so wtf?

It could be a sign of something being wrong such as Diabetes or Thyroid issues. I'd suggest you ask to have a blood test which can check for the obvious suspects just in case.

Unless of course you use a body lotion that smells like candy or something similar
