Frankly, I don't believe you are a psychopath. Rather, I believe you as much as if someone on 4chan said "I'm a psychopath, ask me anything." I'm getting the same vibe as people who say that they're an INFJ personality type via the Myer's Briggs tests because they want to feel more special.

Why?
If you were a true psychopath, I'd imagine you'd be more uncaring. Curiosity or not, you wouldn't care what other people think. You wouldn't be asking the question about what we think about you. You wouldn't be responding trying to defend yourself either. I mean, what would be the point? You'd probably never meet anyone here, and why does their opinion matter? There'd be more logical ways (like google searches) to find out trends of what people think about psychopaths.

On the one anon who posted, you made a comment saying "and I think I know you." You then said "don't make me say it." I dare say this is showing concern for another person's well being. You didn't want to embarrass someone else potentially so you employed self control.

On other comments, you are saying things like "watch out" for your "kind." People say watch out when they are telling others to be careful, hence showing care. It doesn't add up why you would say it.

You would probably still have a high self worth, but you wouldn't have felt the need to go around telling others about your self worth (i. e. "I have a high IQ"). Am I fascinated by the neuroscience and psychology of psychopathy? Why, yes. It's fascinating stuff... but I don't believe your word on this one. It doesn't add up. Can I disprove you? No, not really, but at this point, it's about my word against yours.

I have no doubt that in all my years of teaching, I've had students with this condition; I'm not scared or intimidated of anyone. My personality is dominant/genial. I impose order in a managed situation on multiple personalities, no different than a pastor or priest does on Sunday at worship. It's a small window of equality between personalities; but what you do on your own time? That's not any of my business.

I wouldn't think you would; people in my classes are there because they want to be. It's one of the benefits of being a professor and not in public education. Whatever the reason people want to be there (and trust me, I've heard them all, from learning how to code to just being there to watch girls/guys) is immaterial to me. I'm paid to deliver knowledge, not shove it into people. And the last thing I want to know is what's happening in your life. I have 150 students+. My brain would explode if I let everyone in. :P

Oh, trust me, I'm absolutely evil on my mini labs; things are purposely omitted, changed, or otherwise obfuscated just to frustrate the students. It actually works quite well. I inflict a good 2-3 hours of pain a day, and I have no regrets at all. :)

To be honest my records have not been disclosed to me. I even had to get my IQ test done form another doc to know the results. My case is pretty rare and disclosure of my info to myself can change the way I present myself so to prevent that. I was never told.

You recently posted a "Take this personality test" post from buzzfeed where the entirety of the test is choosing option A or B which leads to you being given an "insight" into your personality. You described this test as being accurate... it's not any more accurate than horoscopes and uses the exact same method. Also psychopathy is not insanity which shows how little you know on the subject

The test uses visual stimulation the same thing used to determine when someone is lying without a polygraph. If you point your eyes toward top left then you are accessing memory. If to the top right then creation or innovating. A tip when you lie move your head not your eyes .
