I peed myself in front of my whole class, what should I do?

I've been having some problems the last week or so, I just keep pissing myself. It happened at work, it happened when I was asleep, usually it's not much, so it's not a huge problem.
But today I pissed myself in front of my whole college class, and it was a lot of piss too. It left puddles on the floor. I didn't know what to do so I just stood there.
I feel like shit now, and I don't really want to ever go back.
What should I do?
Is this normal? (I'm pretty sure it's not)
Plese just male me feel a bit better, because right now I want to die.

You should go to a doctor, is not normal you can't control your vaginal muscles, could be something physical or maybe something psychological, either way is better to be sure.

I would recommend seeing your doctor about these accidents its not normal to have such lose vagina muscles as you're not old. you could also wear those women panty liners that are for accidental pee.
