I shit my pants in front of everyone! Not my fault! Is this a turn off?

I had an appointment to go to the medical lab for 2:30pm. They needed to take some urine and stool samples. So I held it since last night to now.

When arrived at 2:30 like was advised. The person at the desk was talking to her friend. I kept reminding them of my 2:30 appointment. She kept yelling at me to wait. I asked if I could get the cups, do the specimens, and they fill out the requisitions after. They told me they can't, so I still have to be patient and hold it.

After 25 minutes I couldn't hold it any longer. I just let loose and shit and pissed my pants in the waiting room in front everyone. I'm so humiliated. I don't wanna show my face in public again. What should I do?
